Review and Choose

You’ll receive a personalized travel proposal. From there:

  • Review the itinerary and options

  • Let me know any changes you’d like

  • Approve your final trip plan

Step 4: Book and Secure Your Trip

Once you’re ready:

  • I’ll book everything for you

  • You’ll receive a payment schedule or pay in full

  • You’ll get booking confirmations and receipts

Receive Your Travel Documents

Before your trip, I’ll send a complete travel packet with:

  • Flight and hotel confirmations

  • Activity/tour vouchers

  • Packing tips and travel reminders
